No Excuses is a DUI prevention program providing free rides at night through a structured and reliable  busing program. There will be an established busing route / schedule from local bars and hangouts to select way points within the city and will run on the busiest nights of the week.  The goal is to eliminate the fatalities, injuries and hardships seen in my previous law enforcement career.  During my career as a Law Enforcement Officer I heard many excuses from those receiving a DUI such as; “I didn’t want someone else driving my car”, “I couldn’t afford a taxi”, “I only live a few blocks away”, etc.   Bottom line, Proverbs 3 doesn’t want to be reactive but  proactive  to this problem and prevent the tragedy of another DUI.
